This is 1 lap at Sebring. 2 liter 911, Hoosier R6's, no fancy aero package ;)
Hope you enjoy it. Edited by Juan Lopez on Aug 20, 2010 9:54 AM |

Nice video, I like the sound of your car, except when you jammed 2nd going into the hairpin! Good lap, makes me want to go back to Sebring...

That was not a nice downshift, I got sloppy and jammed it. Not to mention that it is 41 year old technology...
It was a fast lap so I decided to share it anyway. Glad you enjoyed it. I have videos from The Glen, Lime Rock, Road Atlanta, Daytona and PBIR I can upload if you guys care for these. |

From Yokohama Bridge to Bridge using the Video Time you had roughly a 2.27! NICE! I can't even dream of that. As you ended Bishop's bend and entered 15 I thought "Well that's a different line" just then your back end went out.
Thanks for the Post. It's the only way I'll get that view at that speed. |

Hi Ed, official time was a 2;26;4. The line through Bishop's was not the ideal one as the car should have drifted out mid-turn more towards the outside leaving me way left on the approach to the right hander.
I did not get the entry just right and that ruined my line through it (lets not forget I have no aero package as i run 911R spec body. From data analysis we extrapolate that cost me 1/10th on that lap. I'm thinking of getting an aero package for PCA races, that should make it interesting ;) |
