This lap wasn't a good one for me on any level (line, etc.). Furthermore, I get smoked by my buddy in an Exige s240. Anyway, it was an awesome day none-the-less.

Jim, looking good out there. You had the line down very well and you were keeping up with that GT3 through the twisties! Nicely done!

Hey Jim, that was pretty good for your first time there. Sebring is a very technical track and your line was good, just look at it this way, you only got pasted twice! :-) Juan...

Jim-- you sure you're not a pro driver??? When you are ready for more power look into the tvs/boe setup. Power output on it looks real impressive.

Regards,
Manny

Hey Manny - Trust me, man, I think a lot about more power. Funny you should mention the tvs kit. I am engaged in a struggle of epic proportions between the forces of good and evil as each tries to convince me of the rightness of the tvs kit versus the vision function kit. You'll notice I have not said which side is good and which is evil. To be honest, I cannot tell. One side tells me the vision function and the remapping gives 300ish at the real wheel and reliability, while the other side says the remapping sucks and the vision function numbers cant touch the tvs. The proponents of the tvs says the big blower is the way to go to truly achieve 300+ hp at the wheel and that with the hardwired replacement computer, the reliability is increased. The other side says that even the manufacturer of the TVS blower says its too large for our engines and engine failure is a real liklihood if you dont build the engine. Yada yada yada...

I am just glad I cant afford either yet. I think I am going to wait for about 6 months and see how the head-to-heads shake out as well as futher info re respective reliability.

Jim, was this at Winterfest?

Pretty good driving, those Lotus gokarts sure look fun; I wish I fit in one.

Here is my best lap of the day: http://www.youtube.co...
