Hello Track Buddies,
Ready to fill up your calendar with track events every weekend? February through April are great months to be at the track due to the cooler weather and minimal rain. Last weekend we gave away yet another track event, courtesy of Henry at Hooked on Driving. Our lucky winner was Erik Cederberg, owner of Torq, who's awesome 2010 Camaro is currently featured on the TrackWeekend.com header.

A couple of quick notes:

• Be sure to RSVP for the events. We're giving away more and more free track events, but you can't win if we don't know that you were there.
  
• Polls are still open for you to vote for your favorite club. Be sure to get your vote in before the polls close this weekend. Vote here >
  
• We're expanding our coverage this year to include more tracks and clubs. How many of you would like to see other track events featured on TW, such as Road Atlanta, Barber, and VIR?
• 
  
• We're working on implementing direct registration and payments for the events via the TW platform. Is this something you guys would like?

• What other kinds of motorsport events would you like to see covered on TW?

• We're sporting a new logo, and we're close to finalizing it. Like it or hate it? We'll be giving away our sporty track t-shirts soon at the track, once we finalize the logo.

And finally, just to give you guys something to look forward to...
We have begun planning our first-ever Cross-Florida Rally/Poker Run/Scavenger Hunt. Think of it like our own mini-Gumball 3000, but not as pricey. This will be an event you can participate with the entire family. Target date: April - May 2010. We'll be looking for sponsors for the event, if interested please contact me.

Welcome to all of our new members! Remember, this group is about meeting each other and those that share the track with you. Not sure where to start in the sport or how to prep your car for a track event? Feel free to ask any of our members and/or organizers - we'll be happy to get you started and addicted like us.
