In This Week’s Newsletter:Coming-up Events not to miss
Shops to consider
Hello everyone,
Things are beginning to get busy again, and we’re not even done with Summer! I wanted to send this quick message to all of you and give you a heads-up on several track events coming up that you should not miss (if at all possible). First, I do want to thank all of the clubs for their continued support for TrackWeekend.com – NASA, Chin Motorsports, PBOC, PCA, ERME, Hooked on Driving, and SAFE Motorsports. These clubs put on awesome events, therefore we will be highlighting a different club every month as our “Featured Event”. We haven’t forgotten about you Autocross guys and gals. Allan from AAK Motorsports is our resident Autocross guru and he is ready to answer any questions you may have. He will also be updating the calendar with autocross events for the remainder of 2010.
These are the next three Featured Events you don’t want to miss:August 28th at Homestead Speedway with ERMEERME is offering a 2-for-1 special, exclusive to TrackWeekend.com members. Grab your buddy and register for this event. Don’t have a buddy to split the cost? No problem, you can find one on the event page. Hurry, this event is almost sold out! Not ready to take the plunge driving at the race track? OK, come join us anyway. We’ll be
giving away 2 future ERME track events during lunch, plus also giving rides to those of you who want a taste of the track. For more info, go here:
http://www.trackweekend.com/calendar/12100297/September 11-12 at Sebring Raceway with PBOCAbsolutely wonderful event benefitting the program Kids Racing for Life. Every year Zoeller Ministries and PBOC Motorsports sponsor children who are terminally ill and their families to a weekend of racing at Sebring. During lunch, racers and solo drivers take these kids out onto the track. I was there two years ago and helped by putting on helmets for the kids and buckling them inside the cars. It was an experience I won’t soon forget. Come share your good fortune with those less fortunate. We’re also
giving away 3 Full-Weekend entries for this event to novice/new drivers. Drawing takes place on August 21. Be sure to RSVP “Yes” for the event and let us know you’d like to be included in the drawing. More info here:

On Friday, PBOC will be hosting the 1-day event, 12-hours of Sebring on the 12-hour course. Have you ever driven Sebring at night? Well, this is your chance! Night sessions open to novice drivers also! Come up for PBOC on Friday, stay the weekend for Chin Motorsports on Saturday and Sunday – make it a 3-day track weekend! More info here:
