Hi Ed! Thanks for all the tutoring this weekend at the PBOC event. I had some issues with my brakes and would like to get your thoughts. It would be great if you could contact me here or by email so we can speak.
Thanks again!
Hi Ed,
I'll definitely come by and say hi. Looks like we'll have a nice Mini turn out. See ya there!
Adam
I have not started the process yet , I will get in touch when i will so !
Ed Lasher,
I had a job to volunteer you for, even though you did not know it. We will miss you again, have fun at work.
Yeah, It has the motor in the wrong place, it uses water to cool it. It makes funny noises, it's just plain werd. But I am having fun with it and it is quicker that the 911 by far. : )
lol , it was about as subtle as a bull in a china shop. It was the only picture I had on the computer at when I started the account so I figured it was better than nothing. Thank you for you sympathy, it was a dark dark day in the Jensen house. I figured it being summer you would be off the coast of Ibiza or Monaco by now!
Ed! It is good to hear from you! I agree it IS time to cut the bull and hit the track, but sadly two weeks before MOTD my car was hit as I was driving through an intersection. Alas, it R.I.P. (rests in pieces) on the floor of Richard Acosta's shop. We will rebuild it though, we have the technology... He will be better, stronger, faster... I am going to be in Tampa this weekend, but I might try and make it out on Sunday to watch you in action. See you soon! It has been to long!
Hi Ed , thanks for the greeting. I could tell your mini was fast from the video. Any suggestions on how to get more out of the GP with out taking too much away from the originality of the car. At my first track day at Sebring in April I was going a lot faster by the end of the day even in the wet . You're right , people don't like to let the Mini by . Just ask the guy in the Ferrari 360 F1. Lokk forward to meeting you.
"Dear Ed, you have two great cars.In August 1987, during "Black Monday" (stock market went crazy) I test drove at Sears Point, called Infineon a Mr Goodwrench Huffaker Team Brand New Fiero. It was a GTU,designed to show all RX7 owners an american build car rules. In this first shakedown and also my first time in the car, we managed a modest time, good enough for a 6th start in the previous IMSA race We were to drive it at the 87edition of Southern CA, IMSA premier event,The Del Mar Grand Prix."
