Henry Gilbert has agreed to give TrackWeekend.com a FREE track day for Homestead on February 7th for us to raffle off to our members who attend this event (a $300 value)!! *See below for more details.
1-Day Track Event with Hooked on Driving. Saturday HPDE on the road course at PBIR. Our usual 3 run groups will give you plenty of track time.
Registration Fee: $299.00
Be sure to register for this event at www.hookedondriving.com prior to going to the track.
On Saturday January 23rd at Palm Beach International Raceway we will be holding another HPDE starting at 9am and ending at 5pm.
Entry fee will include a catered lunch that will be served in the registration tent at the end of the skid pad. One ticket per entry will be included in your registration packet. Additional lunch tickets can be purchased at registration for an additional $10.
Corvette's will be available for track use, contact Henry Gilbert for further information at Sports Car Driving Experience [masked].

The give-away is for one track day for the next Hooked on Driving event on February 7th, 2010 (Sunday) at Homestead Speedway. The event is non-transferable, redeemable for this date (Feb 7th) ONLY, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Only TrackWeekend.com members are eligible. Other restrictions may apply.

om folks, but was good to see a handful out there. It was particularly nice to see our humble leader, Carlos, who was not tracking, but who came out to socialize and oversee the free track day give-away. It was my first Hooked on Driving Event, and I really enjoyed it. While it was more laid back than other organizations, I thought it was still very well run. The lunch was really nice. The driving was very safe, though the day did claim the token Corvette. Curiously, each of the 4 events I have participated in have claimed a corvette. Hmmm... Anyway, I had a great time. Thanks Henry and Carlos. I posted a video of some of my escapades of the day, including my first spin ever and my first trip into the grass. No biggy. No damage. As Henry would say, I simply "ran out of talent." Still running car without mods. I was solo'd for the track by HOD with the assistance of my good buddy Mike Bakinowski.
